    Friend of the court staff provides the following services:   

  • Enforcement services on custody, parenting time and support orders.
  • Mediation, when both parents agree to participate, as an optional way of settling disagreements about custody or parenting time.
  • When directed by the judge, to conduct investigations and make reports and recommendations to the court regarding:
    -custody
    -parenting time (which may include transportation),
    -amount of child support ( including medical support).
  
         
   

Financial Information regarding your accounts may be obtained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling toll free: (877) 543-2660. Your social security number is required to obtain financial information. For first time users, set your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If PIN already exists, enter your PIN #.

SMILE PROGRAM

Start Making It Livable for Everyone, is a divorce adjustment program offered to parents going through divorce. This program is offered quarterly. There is a $20.00 charge for the program. Please contact the Oscoda County Friend of the Court Office for further details.
