The fairgrounds is available to rent for special events, family reunions, or even for overwinter storage. All proceeds go back into the Fairgrounds Special Fund. Call Joe Breaugh, Maintenance Supervisor, at 989-826-1168 to make a reservation or for more information.

    (Doesn't Include Buildings)
  • Building --- $25.00 Per Day (Additional)
  • Kitchen --- $50.00 Per Day (Additional)
  • Arena With Barn --- $25.00 Per Day (Additional)
  • Entire Fairgrounds 4-7 Days --- $875.00 Flat Rate
  • Track for Motorized Events --- $150.00 Per Day
  • Camping (Selected Dates Only) --- $75.00 Flat Rate
  • Dust Control --- $300.00 Per Application
  • Commercial Events - $150.00 Per Day (Includes Pavilion, Track, & Arena Area)
   

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • All rates are subject to change.
  • Signed rental agreement required.
  • Lessee shall maintain a policy of public liability insurance have limits of not less than $500,000.
  • Lessee shall furnish a certificate of such insurance to Oscoda County upon request.
